Background

Dr Marie Bambrick is attached to the Section of Developmental Psychiatry. She is a consultant psychiatrist at Kneesworth House Hospital in Hertfordshire. Together with Tony Holland and Isabel Clare she is part of a three-centred study funded by the Department of Health Forensic Division investigating care pathways of people with learning disability who have offended.

I am the lead clinical psychologist for Autism Anglia, providing specialist services to children, young people and adults with autism spectrum conditions. I am committed to integrating theoretical models creatively into practical interventions. I am particularly interested in understanding sensory perceptual issues in relation to managing challenging behaviour.
